Abstract:The trade unions at all levels in Liaoning Province are constantly exploring to construct a new mode of innovation of trade union work,including the building of grass-roots trade union activity "3+x"mode,regional and industrial superposition of wage collective bargaining mode,widespread implementation of grass-roots trade union chairman of the direct democratie elec- tion mode.Many of these innovative approaches,such as the establishment of a voluntary program,to improve the degree of stand- ardization and the construction of quantitative assessment system,have achieved good results,and has accumulated a lot of experi- ence in the development of trade unions in the country.However,further promote the innovation of the work of trade union is also faced with difficulties,such as the lack of representative organizations,labor relations and the main parties to understand the lack of related systems and other restrictive factors.The analysis of the experience and restrictive factors of the trade unions'innovation work mode in Liaoning Province will give enlightenment to the trade unions all over the country.
