    摘要:

    中国制造的转型升级离不开一支高素质的产业工人队伍。改革开放以来,我国产业工人队伍伴随着经 济社会的深刻变革而发展壮大,从业结构日趋多元,产业工人队伍素质提升面临诸多挑战,高素质技能人才比例不高的 现实也客观制约了我国工业强国战略的实施。从世界工业强国成熟的发展经验来看,职业教有培训是培育高素质产业工 人的制度路径。我国应充分借鉴这些有益经验,深化职业教有培训体制机制改革,加大资源投入,创新教有培训机制, 提升产业工人队伍素质,进而为建设工业强国提供强有力支撑。

    Abstract:

    The transformation and upgrading of Made in China depends on a high-quality team of industrial workers.Since the reform and opening up,China's industrial workers follow the deep reform of the economic and social development.Due to the diversification of the industrial structure, the upgrading of the quality of industrial workers has many challenges,and the fact that the proportion of high quality and skilled talents is not high also restricts the implementation of the strategy of China's industrial power.From the development experience of the world industrial powers,the vocational education and training is the institutional path to cultivate high-quality industrial workers.Our country should fully absorb the useful experience,deepen the reform of vocational education and training system,increase investment in resources,innovate education and training mechanism,improve the professional quality of the industrial workers,so as to provide strong support for China's industrial power.
