Abstract:Since the founding,especially since the reform and opening up,each autonomous region and other ethnic minority areas fully implement the party's ethnic policy,insist on the regional ethnic autonomy,adopt various measures to promote the employment of minorities,constantly improve the employment service system,actively develop and implement appropriate national policies and regulations,and make the quantity and quality of minority employment obviously improved.Affected by many factors,the overall level of cconomic development in ethnic arcas has a large gap with the developed areas,which influences the economic development of ethnic areas and the realization of minority employment.To enhance minority employment competition ability,can not do without the employment promotion system construction and path planning,which relates to the design of the labor employment system in multi-ethnic China,and is more inseparable from the effective transformation of national legislation,the innovation of employment promotion system and practice in ethic areas.
