Abstract:As the scale of Chinese companies investing in African countries continuously expands,arguments about labor rights protection of Chinese companies in African countries becoms more in international community,and this status reflects that Chinese companies do not understand enough about labor laws of African countries.Through presenting labor laws of Tanzania,Zimbabwe and some other countries,it shows that labor rights protection institution in many African countries is strict;there are definite rules about labor contract,collective bargaining,protection of personal rights and restriction of foreign employees.For Chinese companies,they must pay more attention to labor rights protection and collective bargaining in daily management;protect labor rights of host countries better.
