Sanitation workers is a basic guarantee of urban running.It's definite that cities would soon be paralyzed if without them.But sanitation worker's living conditions are not as good as people think.Low occupational status,low income,unsafe working environment,low rates of labor contract,unobtainable of industrial injury rights and interests protection and so on,these are gross violations of the legal rights of sanitation workers. Therefore,we need to devote more help and support to them.First of all,we should improve the occupational status of sanitation workers by improving their wages and social propaganda,and change the status of being discriminated;secondly,we must implement the labor contract problem to guarantee their basic labor rights and interests;third,in order to protect the health of the sanitation workers,we need to adjust the catalogue of occupational diseases and the legal system of industrial injury,bring the overage workers into the labor contract relationship and increase more occupational diseases in the occupational disease catalogue;fourth,it should be legally established that sanitation workers enjoy the right of collision avoidance in the road;finally,we need to promote the mandatory system of garbage classification,use scientific and technological innovation to improve work efficieney,overall reduce the working intensity and working hours of sanitation workers,completely improve their working environment and let them work with honor and dignity.
