Abstract:Along with the continuous advance of the Belt and Road strategy,more and more Chinese enterprises go out and contribute to the economic development of our country,also promote the economic development of the host countries.Meanwhile,due to the legal restrictions of the host countries,the "go out"Chinese enterprises are unable to follow the Chinese model of forming trade unions,and most of the local staff join in the local trade unions,resulting in many problems.In order to realize the effective coverage of the trade union work on overseas enterprises,mobilize the enthusiasm of both Chinese and foreign employees of CNMC,the union makes positive exploration in democratic management,labor contest,safety in production,maintaining employee rights and interests,the establishment of a dialogue mechanism and so on,providing successful experience for reference.
