Abstract:During the transitional period,employees faces heavy pressure and psychological health problems are not a case study.Take Liaoning province as example,the sample investigation data showed that:employers seldom concerned employees'psychological health;public had less perception on psychological problems,over 30%employees were in the the dangerous area of psychological barriers;over 40%employees often felt highly occupational stress;unbalanced work-life mode became common things.After assessing the efficiency and effect of psychological health services by trade union,the paper suggests using the way of segment purchase services,building the relationships of "principal-agent-cooperative" between trade union and professional service institution,with PHSSC as the core,using the membership fees as the main resource of service, providing services and searching the relative data by the professionals aiming for analysis and trend forecast,drawing the corresponding management and supervision regulations,protecting and improving the staff psychological health level via professional services.
