During the NPC and CPPCC sessions in 2016, general secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech in the delegation of Shanghai, stressing the need to find ways to mobilize the enthusiasm of front-line workers, manufacturing workers, migrant workers, which is the essential requirement of socialism. The working class is the master and the status of the master should be embodied. In the final stage of building a well-off society, we should actively explore and implement workers’ host status as masters, further help them assert their power, take effective mechanisms, measures and methods to fully mobilize and exert their enthusiasm and creativity, in order to overcome difficulties and achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
