Universal two child policy is an important milestone in the history of population development in China. To highlight the two-child policy initiative, it should be noticed the problems brought about by the two-child policy at the same time, especially the impact on women. This paper is devoted to comprehensively analysis the plight women may face in employment , and try to carry out the intervention from the perspective of social work, giving play to the role of case work, group work and community work.
