In recent years, community migrant workers unions become a typical representative of the innovation of social management of migrant workers. On the basis of the investigation on the unions of casual laborer supermarket in the environment, the paper analyzes the formation and operation of the social capital of the unions, and reflects the position of the government in improving the labor relations of migrant workers.
