According to the CLDS (2014) data, this paper builds the quality indicator evaluation system of college graduates employment, and then use the quantile regression method to empirically test how professional qualification certificate to affect the quality of employment. The study found that there are 11 level indicators affecting the quality of university students' employment and the professional qualification certificate and vocational training ranked fourth.The results of regression show that professional qualification certificate has significant positive effects on the quality of university students' employment. And it presents the inverted U type characteristics as the ascension of quantile points. Samples regression results show that professional qualification certificate has a higher influence on female college students than male students. In addition, professional qualification certificate has a higher influence on rural household registration of college students than urban students and the gap between them reduces gradually as the ascension of quantile points. Therefore, college students should have a clear career goal and planning. Meanwhile, colleges should guide students to obtain professional qualification certificate rationally, then to improve their skills and employment quality
