    摘要:

    人民调解员职业化有利于提高人民调解专业性,从而提高解决纠纷质量,是创新发展人民调解 的重要内容。昆山市在全国率先探索人民调解员职业化道路,取得了显著成绩,同时也存在一些不足。结合职 业化基本要求与昆山市实践经验,有序推进人民调解员职业化的制度建设,营造人民调解员职业认同环境。建 立人民调解员职业准入制度,通过职业培训,落实薪酬制度,加强人民调解员职业监管建立人民调解员职业伦 理制度。

    Abstract:

    People's mediators professionalism benefits to promoting the expertise of people's mediation, and enhancing the quality of dealing with disputes, which owes to innovating people's mediation. Kunshan city takes the lead in exploring the people's mediators professionalism, it achieves remarkable results, but still has some problems. Considering the basic requirements of professionalism and Kunshan's practical experience, promoting the professionalism of people's mediators needs to take the following actions: shaping environment on people's mediators professional identity; setting up system on the people's mediators access;building system on people's mediators vocational training; carrying out system on people's mediators professional salary; implementing system on the people's mediators performance appraisal; filling system on people's mediators professional regulatory; establishing system on people's mediators professional ethics.
