"Internet plus" era brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges for trade union work. The essence of the Internet is to link everything. With the universality, blending, equality and so on, Internet can be more extensive coverage and contact the social parties, and this is very similar to the mass work of trade unions. So the two "plus" up, through continuous expansion of the contact level, extending the work tentacles, can make trade union work closer to the grassroots, close to the reality, close to the masses, better to do practical things, problem-solving things, good things for union members. The openness and participatory nature of the Internet also provides possibilities for increasing the coverage of trade unions, increasing the efficiency of trade union work and increasing awareness, participation and satisfaction of union activities.
