Trade union as the “family” of workers has compulsive responsibility and unique advantage to cultivate the spirit of craftsman. At present, all levels of trade unions should strive to cultivate the spirit of craftsman from four aspects: protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers to build harmonious labor relations; establish and improve the incentive mechanism to stimulate workers’ vitality; integrate training resourcesto carry out high-quality training; carry forward the spirit of labor to overcome social prejudice
