    摘要:

    工匠精神是具体而非抽象的,蕴藏在无数具体的工匠身上。没有一大批技艺精湛的工匠作为支撑, 就难以孕育出精益求精的工匠精神。培养工匠精神的当务之急是培养一大批懂技术会创新的工匠。工会作为职 工的“娘家人”,在培养工匠、孕育工匠精神方面责无旁贷且具有独特优势。当前,各级工会应着力从四个方 面培养工匠精神:维护职工合法权益,构建和谐劳动关系;建立健全激励机制,激发职工创造活力;整合培训 资源,开展高质量的技能培训;弘扬劳动精神,克服社会偏见。

    Abstract:

    The spirit of craftsman is concrete rather than abstract. It is difficult to cultivate the spirit of craftsman without numerous skilled craftsmen.The practical task of cultivating the spirit of craftsman is to cultivate a large number of skilled craftsmen who grasp modern technology. Trade union as the “family” of workers has compulsive responsibility and unique advantage to cultivate the spirit of craftsman. At present, all levels of trade unions should strive to cultivate the spirit of craftsman from four aspects: protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers to build harmonious labor relations; establish and improve the incentive mechanism to stimulate workers’ vitality; integrate training resourcesto carry out high-quality training; carry forward the spirit of labor to overcome social prejudice
