Abstract:Based on the investigation of graduates in Guangdong University of Finance, this thesis analyzes whether the new labor contract law affects college graduates’ opinion upon labor dispatch work with the Logit model. The thesis discovers that graduates take a positive attitude towards the term “equal pay for equal work” in the new labor contract law, but their final decision of accepting a job as dispatch worker is influenced by other important facts, including refining the content of “equal pay for equal work”, increasing dispatch workers’ commitment and protecting their rights. Also, graduates should promptly adjust their career expectation under the help of university and society
