Abstract:The legislation of Collective Wage Consultation pursues the mode of balance for Co-determination, through the rights of labor and management, the rights of government, and democratic management systems. Based on the analysis of 61 cases, the practice of Collec-tive Wage Consultation presents four modes. All modes in practice could be called Corporat-ism-Coordination, in which government participation is an essential condition in the pro-cess of establishing labor relations, the cooperation between labor and management is the pursuit of goals. Corporatism-Coordination is a Reasonable path to Co-determination, be-cause Co-determination needs government participation from the global trend of development; and practice is right on the way to legislation for the practices after 2014.
