Abstract:Based on the related research and through the software SPSS22 for data analysis, this paper takes five-star hotel staff as research object to explore the influence of hotel service environment on employee marginalization and turnover intention. The research reveals that the hotel service environment has a significant negative impacts on employees' psychological marginalization and turnover intention. The research also indicates that the differences in gender, marriage, education and service years of employees' have significant impacts on employee marginalization and turnover intention, but the age and the position not. Accordingly, this paper researches the construction of the hotel service environment mainly from creating comfortable hardware environment, constructing reasonable system environment , building harmonious humanistic environment , building pleasant mental environment and etc, in the hope of making new explorations to prevent the employee marginalization and turnover intention as well as maintain the stability of the staff through the improvement of the hotel service environment
