Abstract:In view of the perception of PFP was less concerned by academics, this research examines the moderating effect of risk attitude and selfefficacy between the relationship of the perception of PFP and work performance via hierarchical regression analysis with the sample of knowledge employees in consulting industry. The study results show: firstly, the perception of PFP has the significant discrepancies on the differences of position hierarchy, PFP intensity and enterprise ownership; secondly, the perception of PFP has the significant positive influence on task performance and contextual performance; thirdly, risk attitude and self-efficacy separately play a positive moderating effect in the relationship between perception of PFP and task performance, and between perception of PFP and contextual performance.
