Young men are the new force in the labor market. Today youth employment situation in China is very severe. The political status of Chinese trade unions in the country determines their indispensable role in youth employment and employment security. The main roles are including: to develop youth employment policies, to train youth employment skills, to maintain youth employment security, to help the poor youth employment and to strongly sup-port the youth for entrepreneurship etc. In order to serve the youth employment better in the future, there some important ways such as to improve the multi-level youth employment service system, to highlight the characteristics in serving the youth employment and strongly support for the youth entrepreneurship, all these are the ways strengthened by the trade unions in serving youth employment.
