"The Belt and Road Initiatives" is China's major political, diplomatic and economic strategy based on current and future international and regional situation, but also a great country strategy to achieve the promotion and protection of the realization of "Chinese Dream". With "the Belt and Road Initiatives" construction to vigorously promote, the scale and scope of China's interests have been unprecedentedly expanded. These interests are usually manifested as Chinese citizens personal and property safety, the safety of Chinese enterprises or the presence of government agencies, the safety of transport lines and transportation. How to effectively maintain these interests is the problem urgent need to be solved. When danger comes, non-war military operations is one of the most effective ways to safeguard these interests, therefore it is very practical to study the relationship between non-war military operations and "the Belt and Road Initiatives".
