Abstract:With the help of CitesSpace, this paper studies the related literatures in CSSCI database by using the method of co-citation and co-words, and finds that the current research on labor relations in China gradually getting mature, forming an influential researcher group, and establishing characteristic journals in the field. However, there still need further improvements in the study of labor relations, enhancing communication among researchers and strengthening the relevance of the study. The current labor relations research mainly focuses on the labor law, enterprise labor relations, human resources management, trade unions and harmonious labor relations, and is transitioning from enterprise labor relations, labor law and human resource management to trade unions (collective bargaining) and harmonious labor relations.
