The education of ideal and belief for industrial workers is the need to keep the advanced nature of the working class and realize the party's goal in different historical periods. It is also the urgent need for the development of the industrial workers themselves. At present, the effectiveness of industrial workers' ideal and belief education was restricted by negative factors such as the fact that the international communist movement and the workers' movement being at a low ebb, the weakening of the status of industrial workers, the singleness of education methods, etc. We should strengthen the effectiveness of the industrial workers' ideal and belief education by means of strengthening the theoretical arm, enhancing the maintenance of rights and interests, innovating ways and methods, focusing on the formation of joint efforts.
