At present, the "Internet plus" has been upgraded to Chinese national strategy. China called for embracing the Internet under the government policy, and the all-china federation of trade unions actively promoted the integration of the Internet and trade union work such as the democratic management of enterprises. The Internet begins breaking the status quo of political participation of democratic management in traditional enterprises, from passive participation to active participation, from partial participation to full participation, and helps pushing the democratic management of Chinese enterprises to return to the essence of industrial democracy.
