With our country entering the new era, it is the time to promote enterprise staffs' decent work. At the present stage of our country, enterprise staffs' rights of security protection, income security, social security, social conversations, career development and physical and mental health consist of enterprise staffs' decent work. Based on the six rights, we design the index system to measure enterprise staffs' decent work. With the help of the questionnaire investigation, we analysis the current situation and influencing factors of enterprise staffs' decent work.Finally, we point out the path and countermeasures of enterprise staffs' decent work.
