Abstract:The every-five-year survey of the staff is an important measure to understand the overall condition, changing characteristics and development trends of the workforce. In June 2017, Shanghai launched the eighth survey of the status. Based on the data obtained from the survey, we build an evaluation system, and use dimensionless method to score the work life of Shanghai employees, and use multiple regression analysis to measure the degree of influence of different characteristic factors. From the overall evaluation analysis of the overall situation, there is a big gap between the scores of the various modules, the differences between groups is also very obvious. The influence of gender, marital status, household registration for the evaluation of the situation of the workforce is relatively small, the effect of age, education, jobs are even more significant, such as generation gap, education gap and job gap.
