The innovation of trade union work is not only an important political task of Communist Party of China and the People's Republic of China, but also a strategy need to enhance the overall quality of our workers especially modern and strong socialists country development, and the inherent requirement of its own development of the trade union. As an important part of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the workers’ culture has special political and strategic value for the innovation of trade union work, especially to mobilize the enthusiasm of the workers masses. Therefore, we suggest that the workers’ culture management should be vigorously promoted in enterprises.
