Abstract:Take-out riders prop up the whole Otaku Economy, however nobody knows who their employers are. The typical labor relations are mixed up by the special delivery, outsourcing, and crowdsourcing. The employers, to avoid labor benchmarks, exploit riders wantonly by fuzzing their payment, replacing their hourly wage by using piece-work payment, assessing their performance based on users' comments, and taking the place of management by making punishments. At present, take-out riders' salary system is full of drawbacks, such as unknown labor relations, absent social security, out-of-order user evaluations, improper punishment, and gross piecework payment. As is known, the reasonable salary system is the foundation of harmonious relations between employers and employees, and the premise to improve employment quality. To promote new economic development, our government should take measures to protect the riders’ labor rights and interest by timely intervening in the market and formulating management standards
