Abstract:Labor unions is one of the major institutions coping with employees' group events, and emergency response capability is a significant factor determining its effects of handling emergency events. Hence, it is of great significance to evaluate the labor unions' emergency response capability. This study, by analyzing the dynamic evolution process of employees' group events, finds out the impact factors of emergency response capability of the labor unions. In the meantime, based on coordinating analysis approach, the evaluation index system of the labor union is constructed. Moreover, by validating its experimental model, this study first puts forward the labor unions’ emergency response capability and its characterization, such as the basic emergency response capability, collective emergency response ability, and restore synergy ability afterwards. At last, basic strategies of improving the labor unions’ emergency response ability are proposed within the social multi-body framework.
