These tactics include emphasizing both the collective struggle and making a correct appraisal of the situation, paying close attention to both construction of grassroots organizations and the workers' union, and attaching importance to both based on Anyuan and looking to all across the country. Thus, the Anyuan Workers' Movement led by Liushaoqi has enriched the theory of Marx's workers' movement, setting up a glorious banner of the workers' movement and training a large number of party reserve forces.
