Abstract:On the basis of relevant theoretical models, this study, by building a model of factors influencing atypical employment relations, makes an in-depth investigation and interview on 10 typical C2C internet companies. The result of the analysis shows that a great many factors such as macro-policy, macro-economy, platform enterprises, laborers and consumers as well have significant impacts on atypical employment relations. In addition, relevant countermeasures such as mediation mechanism, system arrangement, and policy choice are also proposed to optimize atypical employment relations.
