The living labor of riders creates new value for the platform, which monopolizes the distribution business. However, their labor employment is in chaos. In addition to establishing labor relations with the riders, the platform isolates outsourcing and crowdsourcing riders. From the perspective of the Capital, the subject of labor relations is the subordinate labor, and the personality subordinate attribute should be the core standard of labor relations. The riders' identification, accordingly, should look beyond their appearances. Therefore,the government should speed up platform legislation and Internet labor legislation, giving special protection to the disadvantaged riders.
