Participating in the regional social governance is an important form and approach for the early trade unions of the Communist Party of China (CPC) to carry out the political revolution and social construction. To this end, under the strong leadership of the CPC, the early trade unions, such as the Anyuan Workers' Club successfully implemented social governance in aspects of the employees culture education, labor-management adjustment, regional stability and public security, and the spiritual civilization creation in Anyuan and other places. Through these initiatives, the early trade unions of the CPC not only basically reversed the long-standing ignorance of education and culture, the tense relationship between the labor and capital, the social security disorder, and the backward spiritual civilization, etc., but also greatly improved the economic and social status of workers. Thus, the trade unions laid a solid mass foundation for the early victory of the CPC. As a result, the important role and outstanding achievements of the early trade unions in the regional social governance indicate that trade unions and other group organizations have always been an important magic weapon and success source for the CPC to win the hearts of the people and create glory. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the fundamental importance of the trade unions in the new era.
