To further consolidate our party's governing base by comprehensively improving the quality of industrial workers, this study is focused on investigating the basic situation, development trend, and main appeals of Hangzhou industrial workers. The paper carries out a detailed analysis on their current problems. Meanwhile, some suggestions have been proposed for accelerating the construction of a grand team of knowledge-based, skilled and innovative laborers.
