Abstract:In recent years, empirical studies into the collective turnover has aroused scholarly interest. Accordingly, to examine the group interactive mechanism in the collective turnover is of key importance for intervening the turnover behavior. Based on a comprehensive literature review of conducted studies on the collective turnover, this paper intends to examine the following three paths and perspectives on the mechanism of the subsequent turnover, namely, antecedents and their influence processes, group interactive processes, and turnover decision-making mechanisms. As for the research prospect, it could be inferred that future studies could be conducted in the following dimensions: firstly, the process of collective turnover should be further studied; secondly, the mechanism of the subsequent turnover needs to be analyzed; and thirdly, how to intervene collective turnover intention.
