As a key part of the enterprise leadership system in China, the democratic management system of enterprises has always been a hot research topic. In particular, since the reform and opening up, the related research has become increasingly rich and complex. The most important research topics can be summarized into the following four categories, namely, the theoretical basis of democratic management, the law and policy research of democratic management, the system logic and change of enterprises democratic management, and the relationship between enterprises democratic management and enterprises governance. In brief, there are great divergences and controversies within each topic, but it is this divergence and controversy that makes the study of enterprises democratic management continuously refined and deepened.
