In recent years, trade unions in many parts of China are actively carrying out activities of cultivating craftsmen, providing a large number of skilled talents for the national development strategy. The Chinese trade unions model of cultivating craftsmen, thus, is gradually taking shape. In order to improve the cultivation of craftsmen, local trade unions should establish a cooperative mechanism with relevant departments, building a "two-channel" cultivation mechanism, and strengthening the publicity of craftsmen's comprehensive incentive system
