Abstract:The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to build a pattern of social governance of co-construction, co-governance, and the sharing. Shenzhen Yantian District Harmonious Labor Relations Promotion Association provides a good example for social organizations to participate in the governance of labor relations, realizes the forward movement of the control of labor relations, creates a strong culture of harmonious labor relations, and effectively reduces labor dispute arbitration cases. At the same time, innovations have been made in aspects of governance subjects, governance objects, governance means and methods to promote the gradual modernization of labor relations governance.
