Abstract:The public service of labor relations in China goes hand in hand with the process of marketization of labor relations. The target space of labor relations public service is to promote the establishment of labor relations norms, its orderly operation, reasonable adjustment and conflict resolution. To better provide public service of labor relations, in terms of the content design, we should do a good job in defining the connotation of public service, transforming service subjects, setting service boundaries, designing service items, and determining service items, etc. As for the supply mechanism, the indirect supply method under the leadership of the government should be adopted, that is, the government entrusts or cooperates with the market and social organizations to provide public services. In terms of evaluation mechanism, factors such as quantity, implementation effect and fairness should be comprehensively considered. In addition, process supervision and evaluation acceptance should be strengthened to ensure public service delivery performance.
