Abstract:As an important tool in resolving labor-management conflicts at workplace in western countries, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is also a key component of human resources management in enterprises. By carrying out a systematical review of foreign studies on the determinants of ADR, its implementation effect, and the situational factors of its implementation effect, this paper proposed an integrated research framework, and discussed the future research directions of ADR from its characteristics, the determinants of its program selection, and its implementation effects.
