The model worker spirit of the new era, "love for work, strive for first-class work, struggle hard, be creative, be indifferent to fame and fortune, and be willing to dedication", inherits the advanced and innovative nature of the Chinese people's labor, and abandons the exclusion and alien nature of capitalist labor. It also shows the core and essence of the core values of socialism, and embodies the strong historical responsibility of model bearers to the times, countries, and people. To explore new ways to promote the spirit of model worker, and to implement its institutionalization, we should always adhere to the fundamental system of Marxism's guiding position in the ideological field and the guiding system of cultural construction with socialist core values.
