The model worker spirit formed by the model workers movement in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Regions is a revolutionary spirit created by the Communist Party of China, a collective spirit cultivated by the Party and people in the base areas, and one of the original forms of the Yan'an spirit. The spirit of model worker gave birth to the fine tradition of the Chinese Communist Party's arduous struggles, and implied the spirit of great craftsmen.
