Abstract:Information office has become one of the main working methods for current workers. Its characteristics of instant communication has significantly improved workers' work efficiency, but also blurred the boundary between office and non-office places, and that between working hours and rest hours. This feature often leads to frequent disturbance of workers' rest time, and even causes problems such as overwork. This study analyzed the necessity and urgency of the offline rights. At the same time, combined with the development and application of offline rights abroad, this study also explained the legal connotations of offline rights, and put forward suggestions for establishing a legal system for offline rights in China.
