The grassroots democratic participation of employees (GDPE) is an important part of the socialist democratic political construction in the new era. To strengthen research on the GDPE, in addition to strengthening the research and design of its system construction, we should also strengthen the analysis and exploration of its generation and development mechanism, grasp its operational laws, and strengthen the firmness and steadfastness of the GDPE. In fact, the operation of GDPE requires certain conditions, whilst in practice it is necessary to continuously create favorable conditions to avoid the impact of adverse factors.
