Abstract:The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and the gradual adjustment of the global value chain have resulted in unprecedented changes in the basic factors closely related to the labor force, such as demand conditions, production factors, supporting industries, enterprise competition, and government, which has a great impact on the division of labor and employment pattern. The study posits that the third unbinding of the labor force has led to the emergence of new employment characteristics. To cope with the new employment issues brought about by the impact of artificial intelligence technology and global value chain reconstruction, more and more measures should be taken to expand employment channels, promote employment through cross-regional and cross-border entrepreneurship, and focus on cultivating inter-disciplinary people to improve the quality of education.
