Abstract:As a close neighbor of our country,Vietnam is also an important country along the "Belt and Road"and one of the main destination countries for Chinese companies to "go global"in recent years. With the increasing investment of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam.the risks faced by enterprises in labor and employment draw our urgent attention. They are mainly manifested in the frequent changes in the labor legal system, strict restrictions on foreign labor quotas, the increasing labor disputes, and the obvious rise in labor force costs, which have affected the advancement of the "Belt and Road"initiative in Vietnam. To this end,a number of measures should be taken:at the intemational level, bilateral or multilateral labor cooperation agreements should be strengthened to effectively eliminate labor trade barriers;at the national level, the accuracy of labor risk guidelines should be strengthened, and risk prevention and early warning should be effectively implemented. And at the enterprise level, local labor laws and regulations should be followed and implemented to localize enterprise operation and management, improve the level of enterprise collective bargaining.and strengthen the ability to prevent employment risks.
