Abstract:The legal systems that regulate the identification of labor relations and other issues involved in the platform economy are different due to the varying developments of platform economy in different countries.As discussions on the identification of labor relations under Japan's platform economy are based on the definition of the concept of labor in individual laws and collective laws,as well as related precedents and academic principles,its main ideas are to revise the current "Household Labor Law"and introduce German "class employee"concept.To take the difference between Japan's positioning of the platform economy and ours into full consideration,Japan's policy research methods of "how to define the applicable target"and"what kind of regulations it adopts",as well as relevant discussions on constructing the concept of"class employee"are of great reference for China's relevant policy research and legal formulation.
