Through the establishment of a three-level indicator system for labor relations evaluation, this study monitored thelaber relations in Pingshan District, Shenzhen. In addition, it also looked into aspects of the implementation of relevant central documents, laborlaw compliance, intemational laber standards, labor clauses of the World Trade Agreement, social responsibility certification, and the standardbenchmarking situation. The study concludes that companies have not only high scores on employee rights and high benchmark equity scores in thedimensions of employee rights, but also obvious problems such as low scores on coordination mechanisms and low scores for protection of specialgroups. To optimize the coordination mecharmism of labor relations, the study proposes to encourage and suppert the development of multi-functinalendogenous coordination mechanisms, promote the improvement of other mechanisms, support endogenous mechanisms to play a role, and guidethem to co-construction and shared development.
