Abstract:Labor education can effectively promote our country to achieve fuller and higher quality employment. Through cultivation of laborconcepts and labor habits, labor education can promote full employment, and it can also promote the high-quality development of employmentthrough the formation of value attitudes and labor ethics. Labor education in our country has problems of superficiality, marginalization, andblindness, which has brought about employment shocks such as evasion of employment, voluntary unemployment, and employment discrimination.Labor education in developed countries, however, runs through the professional concept, pays attention to the spiritual significance and value oflabor, and incorporates labor education into the legislation, thereby providing a better guarantee for employment. In this view, our country, at theelementary level, should combine the laws of educational development and put the cultivation of labor and employment concepts in an importantposition. The middle schools should strengthen the establishment of labor and employment values, whilst universities should devote themselves totapping the potential of innovation and entrepreneurship to jointly promote our country's realization of fuller- and higher-quality employment.
