Abstract:Job bumout, in resent years, has become a common social phenomenon. As the current new foree and the future main force of theenterprise, more attention should be paid to the new employees in the theoretical circle. Based on the self -control model and questionnaire survey,this study explored the relationship between college students' psychological contract violation and their job bumout. The result of the stuady foundthat the overall psychological contract violation and its dimensions had a positive effect on the job bunout of newly employed college students,and self-depletion played a partial intermediary role in their psychological contract violation and job bumout. Moreover, the pereeption of insideridentity played a mediating role between their contract violation and job burnout.
