Abstract:Labor happiness is an objective state. The measurement of labor happiness observation dimension is helpful for us to improve thedegree of labor happiness. Labor happiness can be measured from four observation dimensions, namely, dimensions of labor devclopment, laborliberation, labor dignity, and labor foundation. The above four dimensions are interrelated and are mutually of cause and effect, jointly promotingthe improvement of labor happiness. Based on construction of the above theory, this study designed the Working Happiness Questionnaire,andconducted an online survey of samples across the country. The results of the study showed that there is a positive corelation among the fourdimensions of labor happiness, which indicates the Working Happiness Questionnaire is generally a reliable and valid research tool.
